I received the above messages today after sending a PM to Decibelles and ARD. It was probably the latter message that did it, I didn’t have very many good things to say to him. I can see how that was excessive. To children.
I forgot that I had signed up to the SCP Wiki under this name.
The ban is due to six (6) PMs I sent to those who are mentioned in these blog posts. Staff bites like a dumb fish. If anyone is curious, or would like more detail, most posts labeled “News/Opinion” on this blog have screenshots of the messages I sent as PMs. They are at the very bottom of the posts.
I am still able to message members of the SCP Wiki. I am still able to message anyone who put my name on their WikiDot ban list. I can’t see forum posts anymore. A surprising feature. What happens when I log out? Oh, I can see it again. I can make a new account. This is a purely symbolic power (“power”) move on staff’s part. It’s toothless. Very intimidating.
I’m sure staff are clanking their glasses together anyway, believing they’ve done something heroic (optically, at least, that’s what it’s about). They’ve done an “investigation” that I volunteered all the information in.
This is a badge. Being vilified by staff is a positive review at this point. These are individuals in need of protection by the brand and I’ll let that speak for itself.

DrBleep’s brain seems to still be ringing from his recent time in the cry closet. “… for drawing attention to both members of the community and staff” is damn right.
Some people pay for marketing boosts like this, but not me. Thanks staff. Wait… “active doxxing”? If you say so, staff. I’ve never actively doxxed anyone in my life. What does that make ProcyonLotor, djkaktus, AdminBright, and DrEverettMann finding out the phone number of a kid and calling his school and parents in an attempt to get him in trouble?
No way I am going to try to appeal this. Staff are hoping for it. The greater user base has commented on the futility of appeals enough already. I also don’t care. Did you know that if you go into the #site17 or #site19 chat rooms, they will extract and log your IP address? They can know your physical address, your home. How’s that for “active doxxing”?
Edit x2: Thanks again, staff, for the publicity. Best boost in views I’ve had in the short life of this blog. You guys still don’t know what the Streisand Effect is, I see.
